All shipping is via US Postal Service Priority Mail and Priority Mail International. UPS & Fedex available by special request.

         Domestic shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

          International shipments includes delivery confirmation and/or tracking.  Boxed shipments also includes basic insurance.

         Stated value for Customs is typically $20 USD per unit unless a higher value is requested or required for additional insurance coverage.

If you prefer full coverage of boxed international shipments, we must show actual value and charge for any additional insurance coverage.

Delivery Time

     Domestic - 2-3 business days which includes Saturday. Some rural areas may require one additional day.

      International - 6-10 business days but can vary based on the time in country Customs Service requires for processing.

     Attention All International Customers- Please Read

Due to the 1/27/13 increase in international shipping costs by the US Postal Service, we have been forced to change our shipping methodology.  To control customer costs, we have standardized on a flat rate Priority Mail International padded envelope for all single unit shipments.  This method can be seen in pictures A & B below and applies to all single units shipped to any international destination.  If you prefer to have your single unit shipped in a box with foam peanuts for additional protection (picture C shown below), please contact us.   The padded envelope method applies to single unit shipments ONLY.  All multiple unit orders will continue to be shipped in a box (similar to or larger) as shown in picture C below.
